How does the pairing code work?
In the parent app, create a child profile to get a one-time pairing code. On the child's device, open Kibo, choose "I have a code," and enter it. The device is then linked to that child and stays signed in.
I didn't get my login code (OTP) — what should I do?
Codes arrive by email within a minute. Check your spam folder and confirm the email address is correct. Codes expire after 5 minutes — if it expired, request a new one. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
How do I add another child?
In the parent app, go to Settings → Family members → Add child. Each child gets their own pairing code. (The Free plan supports one child; see the plans question below.)
How do stars and rewards work?
Children earn stars by completing the tasks you set. They can spend stars on rewards you create. You approve completed tasks, and stars are added to the child's balance.
How do I pause or remove a child?
In the parent app, open the child's profile and deactivate them. Deactivating signs the child out on their device and is reversible — you can reactivate at any time.
What's included in Free vs Premium?
Free: one child, up to five active tasks, and the basic dashboard. Premium (USD 1.99/month or USD 12.99/year): unlimited children and tasks, the full dashboard, and custom rewards.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from your registered address to request deletion. We process deletion within 30 days.
