Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Kibo account and all data associated with it. Kibo
(com.pastelify.kibo) is operated by PT. Pastelify Digital Teknologi.
1. How to request deletion
Fastest — in the app: open Kibo and go to Settings → Help & support → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all family data right away.
By email (if you can't open the app): Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address your Kibo account is registered with. We use the sending address to verify that the request comes from the account owner — no other verification steps are needed.
2. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data of your entire family:
- Your parent account (name, email address).
- All child profiles (names, ages, avatars, PINs) and their device access.
- All tasks, check-ins, stars, streaks, badges, rewards, and reward claims.
- All check-in photos stored on our servers.
- Push notification tokens.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Timeline and retention
We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request and confirm it by email. Standard server logs (timestamps, request paths) expire on a rolling basis, and we may retain specific records only where the law requires us to.
4. Deleting some data without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your account to remove specific data. In the app, a parent can delete individual tasks (including their check-in history), delete rewards, and remove check-in photos by declining a check-in. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data only.
